- A Games Room with two pool tables, which can also be booked for team briefings
- Two tennis courts (note: racquets and balls are not supplied) and children swings

- Most units have parking outside their door. There is additional off-street covered parking and plenty of space for extra-wide vehicles, such as caravans, boats, trucks and trailers
